Processing Time

Each cookie cutter is made to order. In general, it takes 2 business days to process and print each order, and during peak times, it can take longer. Orders you place with us late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. If you need your order urgent, please contact us. and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

Shipping and Delivery

The following estimates are provided by USPS/Fedex.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time does not include the processing time (usually 2 business days, see above). Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Return, Replacements, and Refund

We want you to be completely happy with your TreeLittleTree order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective items. Used items cannot be returned unless defective. Returned items should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Customized items are not eligible for return/refund.

Returning Gifts

When returning a gift, a TreeLittleTree Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned items. The card can be used for purchases from us.

Returning Merchandise by Mail

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Please allow 5-7 business days for TreeLittleTree to process your return.

Refund

All refunds are processed into original payment method. Refund process might take 5-7 business days upon package arrival to our return department and reflect on the bank statement. Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
